<p>Demo Coffee is a neighbourhood espresso bar on Douglas Boulevard in Roseville. We pull every shot to order, steam the milk by hand, and bake the pastry case each morning before the doors open at six.</p> <p>The house blend is roasted in small batches for a cup that leans toward cocoa and toasted almond — forgiving enough for milk drinks, clean enough to drink black.
